Description
Intermediate and advanced level French course, developed in 25 lessons of about 15 minutes each. The first 6 lessons are based on stock material and recount the salient facts of Saint Exupéry's life up to the " little prince." The remaining 19 lessons consist of a video adaptation of the original French text.Le français avec le petit prince is not limited to a rereading of the text. The text is just a highly effective tool for teaching intermediate/advanced level vocabulary and grammatical structures pertinent to delf B2/C1 levels. The video course is supplemented by 25 lexical exercises where the student is asked to partially recompose the text. 25 dictations supplement the video course on vocabulary and structures from the various chapters. Each chapter is provided with a pdf with the full transcription of the chapter, both in French and English to make things easy for those who have a low level of knowledge.

How is the course structured?
25 chapters
Each chapter includes 1 video, 1 lexical exercise pdf, and 1 transcript both in French and English
The video of each chapter is divided into several segments
For each segment
Step 1 listening to a short audio+video segment without text
Step 2 the text of the segment just listened to appears on the screen
Step 3 reading the text with red highlighting of terms that will be explained in step 4
Step 4 explanation of highlighted terms in other contexts and other related terms and structures
Step 5 after the last segment, the entire chapter is played again without writing or explanation: listening comprehension check.
Step 6 lexical exercise (recomposition of the video audio)
Stage 7 dictation Course on vocabulary and structures from the various chapters.

I teach you a language at a higher level than the classic language courses, you will find many grammatical aspects and a quality lexicon. This course is therefore at an advanced level, but I wanted it to be accessible to all those who have a simple knowledge of the language. For this reason, you will find pdf files with the transcription of each chapter of the course, on the left column the text in French of the videos and my explanations, and on the right column the same text in English. Thanks to this course, you will be able to improve all your linguistic skills: your oral comprehension facilitated by listening to many different voices, your oral expression thanks to the reading of the texts displayed on the screen, and your vocabulary: you will indeed be asked to recompose the texts of the videos and finally your written expression with 25 dictations which include some expressions contained in each chapter.
