Want to train and feel like an athlete again, but your busy life and injuries hold you back?The 35 Minute Athlete - 45 Day Workout Challenge is a great place to feel strong and healthy again (along with extra motivation!)Each day you will do either a workout, stretching, or mobility routine to get your body moving.Workouts will be 35 minutes or less and are follow along style which means I will be doing the workout with you.You will be given a warm up routine in the beginning of the video and there will be a separate video as your cool down.Being a former athlete means injuries are unavoidable, but don't worry! There will be modifications for many exercises and tips on how to correct your form. You are in the right hands.
